They have really good service and yummy drinks their doughnuts are soo good aswell. Overall very nice experience but a bit small..totally not their fault tho :)

Love this place!They have great customer service and a good reward system! All the drinks I’ve tried haven’t disappointed me. My two favorites are the coffee one and a coconut one they have, I highly recommend 🤤

Quick service and the staff is always friendly

The last few times their teas have tasted pretty watered down - disappointed. I'm not sure if they're pre-making them and that's why?

Since they removed the 4th table it was way more enjoyable, fast and friendly as always. Thai Tea Milkshake will leave you wanting one at all times of day. So delicious this is one of my recommendations.

Love this place! Great menu options. They are always super friendly and helpful. Only downside is limited seating.

Personally, I love this place. It's my go to place whenever I want a smoothie. I don't like the texture of boba, but others do and enjoy this place too. I have also gotten friends hooked. I don't live nearby anymore, but when I'm in the area I always stop for a taste

Best Boba and Speciality Drinks in town! Their slushies, smoothies, and teas are spot on. My bf loves the boba and said none of the other shops around town compare. They are also generous on the boba and jellies. Very clean and super fast! Friendly staff

ATTENTION ASIANS:This morning my friend and I had taro milk tea which we called taro-flavored milk-colored sweet drink. Not real flavor all the Asian gong cha places are selling. Many customers when I was there were non-Asian so I figured they modified the flavor. I didn’t like my matcha donut there but my friend love her chocolate one. They made the bubble teas really fast while I was still signing on the screen. Not a bad place but not recommended.

Great staff, Clean location and fast service. People here are very helpful in selecting a good drink. Huge variety in bubble teas and other drinks. Always came out satisfied. Today me and my friend while returning back from dinner stopped at Fat Straws and ordered pineapple and mango chamoy. Mango chamoy was so good and it reminded me food from India. Mango chamoy would be my all time fav till date. It came with a stick called tamarind banderilla. Their bubbles are so soft.

Update: Still my favorite bubble tea spot. Friendly and kind staff working at this location and the others. I could drink bubble tea everyday all day. LolFat Straws, in my opinion, is the best bubble tea place in the DFW area. Their drinks are easily customizable and always good. A plus is that they’re not overpriced like most bubble/boba tea places. Staff is always friendly and service is always speedy. I just wished there were more locations.

quick, kind waitstaff. Good tea, not so over sugared like a lot of the newer chains. Blueberry pomegranate tea was on special and ita just the right level of sweetness to not be overpowering.

Used to come here a lot when I was reintroduced to boba and the Boba Boom of 2016 happened but they premake their drinks and water them down. Also the boba doesn't absorb the flavor of the tea.

Drinks are okay, quite Americanized so I wouldn't go for some authentic milk tea but okay if I am in the area. Chewy donuts are exactly what it sounds like... Tastes like a stake donut to me, tried to enjoy it but unfortunately I did not.

The menu is a little confusing. The slushies are like a slurpee, no creaminess. The smoothies are creamer and the milkshakes are the creamiest. They can do sweet or non-sweetened brews (teas). I recommend you ask an employee to explain the menu options or better, tell them what you're looking for and see if they can make it. They have a reward card for those people who frequent the place. Try a mango lychee slushie or a taro smoothie, it tastes like fruity pebbles.

First time having boba tea and it was AMAZING! My daughter decided that we were in need of a sweet treat after our workout last night so we stopped by Fat Straws, it did not disappoint. Get their Strawberry Pina Colada drink with boba, it's a winner!

Been stopping here since I was a teenager, and it has changed a lot! (In a good way) They keep their menu pretty up to date on trends so you can try new things! Always very fast service, super impressed! Drinks always tasted yummy! I’m not a tapioca fan myself, but the jelly’s are definitely a good alternative!! Still has a nice texture but a better flavour! (To me, I’m biased) I’ve never had a problem with the staff, they have always been kind and attentive. The only negative to this store, which obviously isn’t their fault, is it’s small size. When they are busy it gets packed, and loud. Not the best hang out place, but good to get a drink for hanging out...if that makes sense?

The most disgusting boba teas, I’ve ever had. I ordered a Thai Tea and milk tea, it was beyond sugary and disgusting. Tasted like they threw a whole bag of sugar in the tea and a splash of tea and milk. Never ordering from this place again. 🤮😷

We asked for a jasmine milk tea with sea foam, Thai milk tea with no bubbles, and a classic milk tea with bubbles. They got one of the three drinks correct. We had to physically project our voices but they still somehow got our order wrong. They got the jasmine green tea wrong by adding no sea foam. For the classic milk tea they didn’t add boba when we specifically asked. Would NOT recommend. So disappointed.

I love the Watermelon chill. This was a new location for me. It wasn't as icy? As it normally is like maybe he didn't use enough ice or something, but it was still pretty good, love the bubbles and the apple gummy things I for got what you call them

Smoothies are always so good but employees are charging small sizes the same price as the regular sizes and are refusing to fix it. Getting less for a higher price. Don't like it.

I had a mangonada boba and it was delicious. You can’t come here and not buy mochi donuts. Fruity pebbles mochi donuts are my favorite.

Excellent house made tapioca, and plenty of options to pick from, from milk teas to milk shakes. The mochi donuts have THE most satisfying texture and chew to them. If you haven't tried a mochi donut, you must try them here.

Was waiting for curbside pick up for 30min.... I called as directed in the email receipt when I arrived. I got no answer. Had to wait in line to pickup my drinks. When I was finally able to get my drinks.... I was told I had to pick it up my self.... and my drinks were melted and incorrect...

I can go here EVERYDAY. Great drinks and AWESOME MOCHI DONUTS. Family from out of town always wants us to get them some mochi donuts. They're addicted 😉

Really nice prices, and we got our orders really quickly despite the fact that the place was very busy and crowded! The drinks themselves are really good for their price. I'm really surprised I've never heard of this place before. Would definitely recommend trying it out :)

Ask for less boba...never had boba fill half of the cup

I would always get the Mango Orange at Fat Straws, but one day they got rid of it. Couple of workers knew it was my favorite drink, and next time I went in, they told me they found a way to make one similar to it. Tried it and it was better than the original. That's some amazing customer service.

I didn't eat any of the sweet stuff, I went in for boba tea. Very delicious. Cashier was very helpful in determining what I should get. I'm a newbie, so I was very grateful for their patience.

So much of social distancing. I was in line with my wife and a kid with 3 adult got in as if they can't read the sign. Surprisingly staffs didn't say anything.

The donuts are delicious. $2.50 for one and $25 for a dozen. I also got a Vietnamese Iced Coffee and it was the perfect amount of sweetness.

Its completely absurd to me that you offer “donuts” and coffee but dont open until 11am. The DUMBEST concept. I was trying to give my business to local shops, but I will continue taking my business to starbucks across the street.
